Project Iron Camps are semi-private customized workouts lead by a certified Project Iron trainer. Each camp is designed around a specific fitness goal and is an incredible way to get hands-on training and learn advanced fat-burning or muscle-building techniques in a practical setting.

Project Iron members can sign up for Camps by visiting the front desk and booking directly with a Project Iron trainer.

Not at all. In fact, one the biggest benefits of our Camps is that beginners will quickly become intermediates, and intermediates will become advanced.
