General Questions

Sorry, no. But if you’re already a member and you know someone who’s interested in applying for a membership, we’d love to meet them.

Project Iron started as a private training facility for professional athletes and competitors. It’s important to us that we maintain the integrity and tradition of this facility by giving our members the ability to have the possible workout every time they visit.

Although we don’t want to deny out of town visitors or potential members the chance to experience Project Iron, our active members are who matter most. In order to protect their premium and private experience we allow non-members a maximum of one visit per month for a guest-rate of $30.

The Facility

We are located at 355 Elmira Road North, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

Yes. Project Iron is an exclusive facility for members only.

Camps

Project Iron Camps are semi-private customized workouts lead by a certified Project Iron trainer. Each camp is designed around a specific fitness goal and is an incredible way to get hands-on training and learn advanced fat-burning or muscle-building techniques in a practical setting.

Project Iron members can sign up for Camps by visiting the front desk and booking directly with a Project Iron trainer.

Not at all. In fact, one of the biggest benefits of our Camps is that beginners will quickly become intermediates, and intermediates will become advanced.

Camps range from 30 to 60 minutes.

It’s best to arrive at least 15 minutes before the Camp begins.

Wear exactly what you wear every other time you workout. Remember, this is a legitimate, full-on workout so you’re going to be moving!

Equipment

Project Iron began its life as a private training facility for some of the world’s top athletes and competitors. For that reason, you’ll find a stunning collection of meticulously maintained machines and equipment. Nothing here gathers dust. We believe it’s one of the finest arrangements ever put together.

Absolutely! And if that gets you excited, you sound like the type of person who might be interested in giving our 200 lb dumbbells and shot. 😉

We do. And just like everything else in Project Iron, it’s professional grade and lovingly maintained on a daily basis.

One of our favourite questions! Of course we can. Project Iron staff and trainers are always happy to help you out with a new machine or piece of equipment.

The same way we feel about pizza and long weekends! Bring on the deadlifts. Project Iron is a place for big lifts and personal bests. Competition-grade weights are at your disposal so if you’re serious about tracking progress, you’ve come to the right place.
